App stopped working. Nothing has been updated or changed. Worked a couple times and now nothing. Smart speaker 500 is working fine, just the app not working. Pretty poor quality. Should not have these troubles.
Das ist erstaunlich, dass diese Anwendung hier 4sterne bekommt. Es ist eine Katastrophe, wie diese im Zusammenhang mit den neusten NC Kopfhörern arbeitet. Frustration an jedem Ende, Bugs ohne Ende. Sind das Software bugs oder auch die Hardware-Bugs die hinzukommen. Beim nächsten Mal kaufe ich kabelgebundene Kopfhörer. Upd: wird nicht besser

Okay when it works. It's always a struggle to get the headphones connected to the app, and it's a complete nightmare trying to connect when on a flight... which is what I bought them for. Frustrating, given that I paid serious coin for a POS user experience. I should have stuck with my older Bose QC headphones... because... they worked flawlessly. QC700... seriously inferior product chained to a horrid smartphone app.
I use the NC700s. They've worked great until the past few months, where it's constant problems every time I want to use them. 500 characters isn't enough to list all the issues. Have to cycle power at least once once turned on, they often make an awful buzzing noise and restart themselves nearly every time they're used.
